About Me

I was fortunate enough to grow up on a farm surrounded by animals and nature and my first job was working with the land.

However, after university, my path took me into the Corporate world working in IT and Project Management for about 15 years before I finally decided to follow my dreams and do a career change into Psychotherapy specialising in working with children and young people.

After working in Primary and Secondary schools in London and the South of England and running the Children’s Service for a charity for children and young people who had been affected by sexual abuse, I now have my own private practice where I have incorporated my first love of the farm, nature and horses into a trauma-informed healing process for my clients.
